Your area of responsibility
Analysing training needs for the management of hydrogen component and system implementation projects and developing a training programme.
Preparation and delivery of technical training, for APQP4H clients.
Planning, developing training concepts and conducting training courses in the APQP4H area.
Our requirements
You have highly developed communication skills, especially in the area of presentation and self-presentation.
You have the ability to work as part of a team and to implement the best solutions.
You have a technical university degree and work experience with a specialisation in project management and/or quality management.
You have a very good command of spoken and written English or German (min. B2 level). Technical vocabulary will be an advantage.
You have teaching skills.
Strong self-motivation, willingness to learn and further develop.

Project Manager

Your area of responsibility
Carrying out design activities for the construction of components used in hydrogen systems, based on APQP4H methodologies, in particular:
– Analysis of risks associated with the use of components in the hydrogen system,
– Planning of project steps based on identified risks.
– supervision of the fulfilment of quality requirements.
– supervision of the project during its implementation
providing technical support to the Area Managers responsible for the implementation and carrying out other tasks and activities assigned by the Line Manager and the Management in relation to this function.
The individual scope of work is agreed with the project group.
Our requirements
Higher education (preferably engineering).
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project management .
Ability to interpret and practically apply the provisions of the European Pressure Directive.
Computer proficiency (MS Office package, in particular Excel spreadsheets).
Knowledge of English or German at least B1 level,
Ability to think analytically and draw conclusions.
Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Accuracy, conscientiousness and punctuality in completing tasks.
Personality traits:
Honesty, punctuality, discipline, conscientiousness and dutifulness, responsibility, commitment, availability, high personal culture, consistency and responsibility in action, ability to organise working time effectively, technical sense, ability to work under time pressure.
Good prospects
Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (knowledge of Prince2, Agile preferred).
